Direct email handling
The website inquiry function is designed as a direct email delivery service. BOSUNVA does not create a separate inquiry database or intentionally retain a separate website copy of the submitted form or attachment.
During submission, the website temporarily processes the information and any optional attachment so that it can be delivered to the BOSUNVA business mailbox. The email and attachment may then remain in that mailbox for business follow-up.

Retention
The website does not maintain a separate persistent inquiry record. The delivered email may be retained in the business mailbox for as long as reasonably needed for inquiry follow-up, transaction records, operational needs or dispute handling.
Deletion from an active mailbox may not immediately remove copies held in normal provider backups or security systems. Retention by email and hosting providers may also be subject to their technical operations.
Sharing and service providers
Inquiry information is not sold. It may be accessed by BOSUNVA personnel who need it for sourcing, quotation, order or customer communication work.
Information may also be processed by service providers that support website hosting, network delivery, email hosting, security or technical maintenance, but only to the extent required to provide those services.
